How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat $4.99 shipping fee for orders under $49.00. If your order is $49.00 or more, shipping is on us! Tracking information will be emailed to you when your item has shipped.
When do I expect to receive my purchase?
We ship out orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Shipping is via Standard Post and customers tend to receive their packages within 2-8 business days.
What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return an item for a full refund, please make sure your item is in its original condition and postmarked back to us within 30 days of when you received it.
Do you do exchanges?
Our apology, we don't do exchanges at this time. If you are unhappy with your purchase but have found another item you like, just return the first item for a full refund and then buy the second item. Remember to act fast though, as each item in our store is unique and items sell quickly!
Are all of the items in your store pre-owned?
Most items we receive have been gently used, but in some cases we receive items unworn and with the original tags. When this is the case, the item title will say "New With Tags" (NWT).
Do you have it in any other colors or sizes?
If you don't see it in your size or color, we don't have it in stock. Each item listed on our site is a unique piece that was sold to us by one of our customers. Please check back often as our inventory is updated daily.
